Consent to Marketing App Push Notifications
AnLock, operated by Hwang Juhye, may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send marketing app push notifications after obtaining your optional consent.
1. Channel and content
- Channel: AnLock app push notifications
- Content: new features and tips; Memberships, discounts, events, surveys, and promotions; optional reminders encouraging Service use
2. Data and retention
- Data: FCM registration token, device identifier, country and language, Membership tier, recent activity time, consent status and document version, consent or withdrawal time, and campaign delivery history
- Purpose: deliver marketing push, select eligible recipients and delivery times, prevent duplicates, and manage consent
- Retention: until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted. A minimum record may be retained where required by law or necessary to handle a dispute.
3. Night-time marketing push for users in Korea
For users who select the Republic of Korea, a separate night-time marketing app push consent is required before promotional push is sent from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Korea Standard Time. Without that separate consent, promotional push will not be sent during those hours.
4. Withdrawal
- Turn off marketing push in the app’s consent or notification settings
- Turn off notifications under Android Settings → AnLock → Notifications
- Contact support@anlock.app
Turning off all notifications in Android settings may also hide service and security notifications. Withdrawing only the in-app marketing-push consent may allow necessary non-promotional notifications to continue.
5. Service notifications
Non-promotional notifications necessary for lock and schedule status, security, payments and refunds, support, or legal-document changes may be sent separately from marketing consent.
